My cycle classes are at 6:30 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  The class is not designed for couch potatoes, so don't expect a lame workout;  my Monday and Wednesday  classes are very intense.  There is a reason they call me "D'Marine".  Several years ago, I was featured in a column in the Southtown Star,  for the article  press here.

During Monday night football season, Monday cycle starts at 6:00.

For my own accounting clients I offer the following benefits.

  • I will pay for your guest fee at the Oak Foresst facility for the day.

  • Assuming you can do my class - my entire class (and you keep up with me) without pooping out,  your tax preparation for the upcoming year with me is free.  (Sorry, I can't make this second offer to present "participants".  
     
  • Cycling is a great way to exercise your stengthen your cardiovascular system; especially, if you cannot do high impact activities such as running.  I prefer indoor cycling to outdoor cycling, because, a car will never hit you.

For all classes you will need loose fitting gym clothes and a water bottle; if you are over older (e.g.. 45 years old) or have health problems,  you need to talk to your physician before attending a cycle class or any other type of exercise program.

The fitness facility is located in Oak Forest, Illinois 15601 Central in Oak Forest, Illinois.  The facility is directly across the street from the Acorn Library, approximately 2 blocks south of 159th St. 

Being one of my clients or not, a regimen of aerobic exercise is needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  Among the motivating forces that keep me focused on aerobic exercise is listening to hard dance and house music while I work out.  If you want to hear the music that I use, you need to come to one of my classes.  Another great source for heart pounding music is my favorite DJ who lives in Canada.  DJ Bolivia's website is full of downloadable music (including 60 minute workout mixes) that you can  put on your MP3 player for your next workout.  In addition to  his website at  www.DJBolivia.CA , he has podcasts available on Itunes ®.
